Promote excellence in Texas’s food, beverage, and culinary industries by providing ongoing educational opportunities for current owners and employees across the state.

Motivate and educate both traditional and non-traditional students to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals in food, beverage, and culinary careers throughout our community, region, and Texas as a whole.

Collaborate with key organizations, including FISD, Texas Tech, Schreiner University, the Gillespie County Economic Development Commission, the Fredericksburg Convention and Visitor Bureau, the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce, and others to amplify FlavoryTX’s role as a regional educational resource. Additionally, we will work with the Texas Department of Agriculture, Texas Wine and Grape Growers Association, Texas Restaurant Association, Texas Hill Country Wineries Association, and various food and beverage organizations and academic institutions across Texas as needs and projects emerge.

Support long-term goals from the “A Path to the Future” report for Fredericksburg and Gillespie County, addressing the visions for a diverse economy, education and workforce development, tourism, and wineries.
